Short version: we don't track you, we don't set advertising cookies, and the only personal data we hold is what you send us.

Who is responsible

First Hour Review (firsthourreview.com) is the controller for the personal data described here, under the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018. Contact us about privacy at hello@firsthourreview.com.

We don't run analytics, advertising or social media trackers, and we don't build profiles. The game finder and filters work entirely in your browser; your answers are never sent to us.

Our web host and email provider process data on our behalf, under contract, only to run the site and deliver email. We don't sell or rent personal data and we don't share it with publishers, stores or payment companies. If either provider stores data outside the UK, they do so under UK-approved safeguards.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or take back your consent at any time. Email hello@firsthourreview.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Links to other sites

Reviews link to official game, store and support pages. Those sites have their own privacy notices, which apply once you leave us.

Children

The site is written for adults and parents. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you think a child has sent us personal data, email us and we will delete it.
